Pool and Patio Area - Imagine, your own pool to have fun, relax or cool off in! Sit outside for your breakfast or BBQ in the afternoon or evening. The patio area and pool get the sun all day so sunbathe either inside or outside the pool screen on the extended patio and enjoy the new pool furniture. Let the kids play in the fully lawned garden that is enclosed by a fence for your privacy. Just think, the children can enjoy themsleves in a safe secure environment while you can relax and concentrate or your sunbathing!	Jacuzzi/Hot Tub - How would you like to come home to a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi/Hot tub after a day at the parks or out shopping! Or even have a day lazing around the villa and the jacuzzi. In the evening have a drink whilst soaking in the hot water and enjoy watching the sun go down. Great fun, relaxing and can accommodate up to 6 adults.

**Inside the Villa**

Den - this is a spacious room that is tastefully decorated and leads out to the pool from the villa. The patio doors are fitted with a child alarm for the safety of children entering the pool area without adult knowledge. This room also has a 3 piece leather suite that can be converted into a double sofa bed if your party requires and has a 32 inch TV for your enjoyment.	Living/dining room - this room is in open plan style adjoining the kitchen and is the focal point within the villa. The contemporary dining table seats 6 guests. There is also a 3 piece suite round the second TV and video. Ideal if the children wish to watch something different on TV! This room also has seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.	Kitchen - comes complete with large fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser - great for those cool drinks by the pool! For your convenience there is a large oven with grill as well as a microwave oven,dishwasher and waste disposal. There is also a dining table that seats 4 and comes fully equiped with all the cutlery and plates you would need for your stay.

**Bedrooms**

Double Bedroom - a spacious room overlooks the patio area at the back of the villa. Sleep soundly in the comfortable queen size bed. There is a chest of drawers and also a large closet for storage.	Master Bedroom - contains a queen size bed and overlooks the jacuzzi from the bedroom window. Also has a large walk in closet for you to hang your clothes and plenty of drawer space. Walk through into the large en-suite bathroom that has separate shower and twin sinks. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the oversized oval tub. TV to relax in bed	Twin Bedroom - great for accommodating either children or adults in a comfortable room overlooking the front of the villa. Storage space provided by a large closet with hanging rails.
Second bathroom - located between the double and twin room. Includes a sink with vanity unit, and bath with shower. Light and airy with tasteful decor and great for the guests in the twin and double bedrooms to utilise.
